About

I grew up in East Malaysia, what they call the Borneo Island. I came over to Adelaide (South Australia) when I was 15 and graduated in Computer Science. I started using the Internet at the age of 15, the dot-com booming era. I was greatly inspired by the Internet and started to learn creating web pages. Still remember the first book I bought was the Dummy How to create a web page in X steps.

I have many years experience in website planning, designing and developing. I call myself a developer with an entrepreneurial mind. I always have great ideas which I believe would make a hit in the web 2.0 era, which was the reason why I decided to learn about programming, so that I can create web applications that work as what I planned or even dreamt of.

I worked as a freelance developer for 1 year, basically working with a local design firm in designing and developing websites for small businesses and organisations. In 2007, I joined Fusion, which is an award winning design firm, based in Adelaide. I met with a lot of talented developers and designers and learnt heaps of stuff here.
